Shipping & Handling
Standard ground shipping is on us. For orders shipping within the continental United States, Norton Supply covers your standard ground shipping — no per-pound charges, no shipping calculators, no surprises at checkout.
One flat $10.95 handling fee per order. To keep things simple, we apply a single, flat-rate handling fee of $10.95 per order. This nominal fee covers the real work of getting your order to you safely — careful warehouse picking and packing, sturdy boxes, reinforced tape, protective fill, and labeling — plus the ever-increasing carrier rates we absorb on the shipping itself. One order, one fee, whether you're buying a single item or restocking your whole plant.
Processing & delivery
- Processing time: Most orders ship from our Charlestown, Rhode Island warehouse within 1–3 business days — over 90% within 24–48 hours. Orders aren't processed on weekends or holidays; please allow extra time during holidays, launches, or severe weather.
- Where we ship: Continental United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or freight forwarders.
- Need it faster? Express services (including FedEx Overnight, continental U.S. only) are available for an additional fee, shown at checkout.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track anytime by logging into your account and selecting the tracking number on your order. If you don't see the confirmation within 48 business hours, please check your spam folder before reaching out.
Missing or damaged orders
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at sales@nortonsupply.com with your name and order number. If anything arrives damaged, email us as soon as possible and we'll make it right.
