Shipping & Handling Fees

Free Ground Shipping on all orders in the Continental U.S. 

We have recently instituted a flat Handling Fee of $10.95 per order to help combat the rapidly increasing costs associated with maintaining a Free Shipping program.  This page details the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

To Track Order, please login to your account and click tracking number associated with order. You should have also received a Tracking Email after shipment.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, snowstorms, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.

Potential Delays and COVID-19

The health and safety of our employees and customers are our top priority. We’ve redesigned our order fulfillment center to comply with government/state-recommended social distancing and personal protective equipment guidelines.

We will notify you when your order is shipped or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.

You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.

This tracking information will be available for viewing, in the Orders section of your account, or by searching Norton Supply in your emails for Shipping Confirmation.

Domestic Shipping Rates

As mentioned above, we offer Free Ground Shipping in the Continental United States, but other Express Services are available for a Fee, which is displayed at checkout.

* FedEx Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii are displayed as 2nd Day Service only.

International Shipping

Not currently available.  We will ship to any freight forwarder within the continental U.S., the customer is responsible for all documentation from that point.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Doesn’t happen.  We only ship to domestic addresses.

Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

If an order doesn’t show up:

If you don’t receive your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@nortonsupply.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@nortonsupply.com. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.
