Claims

We take special care to properly pick, pack, check and ship every order. We encourage you to inspect each shipment as soon as it arrives. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. Any claims for shortages, damage, or errors in shipment must be made within 15 days from the invoice date.

Products sold are designed to meet stated U.S. safety standards and regulations. Because local safety standards and regulations vary, we cannot guarantee that our products meet all requirements in each locality. Norton Supply Company does not assume any responsibility for compliance with such safety standards and regulations in those localities in which the products will be shipped, sold and used.

Free Shipping Items

Free shipping valid on all items shipped to US domestic orders only via standard ground. Airfreight charges extra. This offer only applies to items purchased at the same time on the same transaction. Not valid for items shipped to ALASKA (AK) and HAWAII (HI). Non Free Shipping items will ship UPS Ground at normal rate, free shipping items will ship at no additional cost.

When will I receive my order?

Please Note: After you have logged into Your Account you can view all orders. Select the order you wish to track from the list, the next screen will take you to your order's details. Please click on the underlined "Track your order" to see a specific delivery date. Below is a list of estimated shipping times for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our warehouse and delivered to you for standard ground shipping.

Shipment Times: All in stock items placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday - Friday excluding holidays will ship same day. Any item that is drop-shipped from the manufacture will take 3-5 days for shipment. All FedEx Express Services are delivered Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Custom items and Made to Order items may take longer for shipment.

How do I track orders placed on NortonSupply.com?

To track your order, please Click here to proceed to "Your Account" page. Login may be necessary.

On "Your Account" page:

  1. Go to the "Recent Orders" section.
  2. Find the order that you wish to track and click on the corresponding "View Order" link.
  3. The next screen will take you to your order's details
  4. Please click on the underlined "Track your order" to see a specific delivery date and shipment information.
  5. Click the tracking number and this will take you directly to the UPS's tracking system. There you will be able to see where your package is and also obtain a scheduled delivery/arrival date.

If your order has already shipped a tracking number will be displayed.

You may see multiple tracking numbers for your order if:

  • Items have been canceled or returned.
  • The order was fulfilled from multiple warehouses or drop-shipped.
  • An item is backordered and will be shipped at on a different date.

Tracking numbers populate once each shipment leaves our warehouse. Please note it might take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to reflect details on UPS's site.

Remember, if you received a shipping confirmation email you may also track your package by clicking on the tracking number contained therein.

How do I check my order status?

What is Norton Supply's shipping policy?

Orders are shipped FOB Providence, RI, or factory, at the discretion of Norton Supply Company unless otherwise agreed to by Norton Supply Company. Orders are usually processed, packaged and shipped within 1-2 days from receipt. Orders are shipped UPS with prepay.

Can I ship to an address outside the United States?

Outside of the United States? Orders are shipped FREE FOB Providence, RI, or from the factory. Norton Supply will ship your items for no additional fee direct to a freight forwarder of your choice in the Continental USA. Freight forwarding companies will charge you to transport and deliver your order to any international location

Orders shipped outside of the United States must have a U.S. credit card billing address to be placed with a credit card online. PayPal and Google Checkout will be accepted for all International purchases. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.   • Most orders arrive within estimated delivery times of 3-6 business days

What you can do

  • You can look for your tracking confirmation in your Shipping Confirmation Email or Click here to visit the 'Order Status Page'. You can track your order by viewing your order details
  • You can also check with family members, neighbors or others who may have accepted your order if you were unable to receive it
  • If you were not at home during a delivery attempt, the delivery carrier may have placed your order near your door, but out of plain view. Check for the package in areas that might be hidden or out-of-the-way

Can I pick my order up at Norton Supply?

If you are near our facility in Providence, Rhode Island you can pick up your order between our normal business hours, Monday-Friday. It is best to place your order a day in advance to ensure we "Pick and Hold" your order for pickup. Please specify estimated time of pick up in order notes.

Shipping Information: Items with Special Guidelines

Large Items (Shipping LTL) Large merchandise order are required to ship to business addresses only. Norton Supply reserves the right to recharge your Credit Card for.

Custom orders. Merchandise orders that have been manufactured to custom measurements or design decided by the customer are called Custom made Orders. Custom-made Orders include but are not limited to, poly shirt bags, paper garment covers, caped hangers and forms/invoices. Custom Orders may not be returned for credit or refund. If upon delivery or installation of any Custom Order a manufacturing error is discovered and confirmed by Norton Supply's inspection, Norton will correct, repair, or replace the merchandise in question.

Special orders. Any merchandise ordered that Norton Supply does not carry in its everyday stocked inventory is called a Special Order. Returns and cancellations of Special Orders are subject to a restocking fee equal to thirty percent (30%) of the purchase price, plus applicable freight charges. However, the thirty percent restocking fee will not be charged on Special Order returns and cancellations if your merchandise:

  • Does not match your order specification
  • Has as a defect in manufacturing
  • Is damaged in shipment
Didn't receive your whole order? Check for multiple shipments

Some orders are divided into multiple shipments. Please be aware that drop shipped items may not be delivered at the same date as non-drop shipped items. Certain merchandise classified as Large Items, Custom, and Special Order will ship separate and possibly by a different carrier than housed in our warehouse. All items may not be housed in our warehouse, or may even require to be made-to-order. Because of these factors, your order may be shipped directly from the vendor of the merchandise.

Occasionally, when orders are processed, an item may not be available when your order shipped, or an item may be on backorder at the time you ordered. In these situations, the available items will be shipped immediately, while the remaining items will be shipped at a later time.

Shipping to multiple addresses

Need to ship to more than one address, no problem! Just choose Ship to Multiple Addresses at Checkout. Your shipped items to multiple addresses for no additional cost.

Military Addresses

At Norton Supply we realize the need for affordable laundry supplies for our Military Service Members and Government facilities. We are more than happy to accommodate the Armed Services and individuals in the Military by shipping our items through United States Postal Service. Please call for details at 800.869.7664.
