I ordered this on 02/02/2012 and have not received my order yet.
I must say I am disappointed since the shipping was $48.41 and it was UPS ground that it hasn't shown up yet.

I have just received the product so am not sure yet how sales will be affected but the turn around time was excellent. Previous owner of our laundromat was using another product and sales seemed sluggish to us.

I like Gain, it sells well. Leaves overly smelly clothes with a nice scent right out of the washer.
